Where We Ship
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the UK and select countries in Europe.
Shipping Fees & Times – Australia
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in Australia for all orders $85 and over (AUD).
For orders under $85 we subsidise your shipping fee, so it’s just one $8.50 (AUD) flat-rate fee wherever you are in Australia.
Depending on where you live you, you can expect your package within 2-10 business days upon receiving your dispatch confirmation. We always do our best to get deliveries to you as fast as possible, however, we do rely on third party shipping service providers.

Shipping Fees & Times – New Zealand
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to New Zealand for all orders $85 and over (NZ)
For orders under $85 (NZ) we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 (NZ).
Shipping times to NZ will be approximately 5 – 10 working days following receipt of your dispatch confirmation. We always do our best to get deliveries to you as fast as possible, however, we do rely on third party shipping service providers.

Please note: You may be required to pay customs charges, import duties, taxes, clearing fees and/or other similar fees in addition to the price of the products when your parcel arrives in your country. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all such fees.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £10 (GBP) to the UK.
Shipping times to the UK will be approximately 8 – 10 working days following receipt of your dispatch confirmation. We always do our best to get deliveries to you as fast as possible, however, we do rely on third party shipping service providers.

Please note: Our price includes VAT for orders up to £135 (GBP), for any orders over £135 (GBP) you will be required to pay VAT when your parcel arrives in the country. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all such fees.

We ship to the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of €12 (or equivalent in local currency).
Shipping times to Europe will be approximately 8 – 10 working days following receipt of your dispatch confirmation. We always do our best to get deliveries to you as fast as possible, however, we do rely on third party shipping service providers.

Important Update: Shipping to the USA
Due to ongoing instability surrounding new U.S. tariffs, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the United States. We apologise for any inconvenience and will resume shipments as soon as conditions stabilise.
Carbon Neutral Shipping
We calculate and offset our carbon footprint on an annual basis and include any packaging that has not previously been offset.
Redelivery fees
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout by you, or because you have failed to collect your package from the post office / courier depot, you will be charged for the cost of re-delivery of the package to the amount of the standard shipping rate for the weight / size of your parcel to your location. No free shipping applies.
