We'll be straight with you. Our products are made from plastic - recycled plastic, but plastic nonetheless. We're not the final answer to single-use waste, and we know it. Circular Production

Not only do we use recycled plastic for our Solmates, we aim for no wastage in the manufacturing process. This means we save all offcuts and rejects to reuse in the production process.

For us the end of a Solmate’s life is just as important as its beginning. So, at the end of what is hopefully a long life, post your Solmate back to us. We will put them back into the production process. Just drop us a line and we will organise the return. 

Plus all our packaging is made from 100% recycled materials, printed with plant based inks and is 100% recyclable. Plus our stickers, tape and labels are compostable.

IMPACT PARTNERSHIP

Cleaning Up Our Oceans

When you buy a Solmate, you are helping to keep plastic out of our oceans. So far we have funded the removal of 10,200kg of plastic waste (the equivalent of 510,000 water bottles).

To do this, we are partnering with Plastic Bank, a world leader in plastic clean-up. They work closely with coastal communities to build ethical recycling ecosystems and reprocess the materials for future use.
